My students have finished the following graduation projects in May 2012:
1) Advanced Controller of Security Robot: By Ghadeer Iseid, Wafaa Alemoush, and Ebaa Alsotry.
My students developed and built and advanced controller for a security robot. The controller is used to remotely control the security robot that works in dangerous areas such as mines infested areas. This controller allows natural user interface and includes features such as:
- Embedded computing
- Wireless connection to the robot using Bluetooth
- Tilt-sensing capabilities
The robot has two motors for traveling and one motor to control a robotic arm. The robot is built using Lego robotic kits.
