  3. Dear Nada,

I am impressed with your resume but I am mostly impressed by the fact that you have managed to keep yourself happy and

content in what you do while maintaing a balance in your personal life. I have a problem and we (my husband and I) need a

big of guidance. My husband has studied Mechanical Engineering but has never worked in the field, he has been an IT

Project Manager PMP for the past 10 years, he worked in some of the biggest companies in the UK and now we relocated

and he worked in North America as well. Unfortunately, he feels that project management is not for him, he is seeking the

help of a career counselor as he wants to change careers. You have met a lot of people in the field, would you be able to

suggest what is the most likely or the easiest types of work he can do and be able to transfer the assets he has gained in the

past decade. He is extremely perfomant but, I dont know if it is the fact that his background isnt’ IT or the fact that the

confrontations which are part of the work are making him resent project management. I dont know if you can suggest something.
